Principal's Message

A Message from our Principal:

PrincipalDear Cedarhome Families,

As we navigate the pandemic and all the effects it is having on our lives, I want to say how proud I am of our students and how thankful I am for your support.  It is difficult to predict what the rest of the school year will bring, so we go day by day.  This is how I have made it through some tough times in my life.  One day and then the next.

I am so thankful to work with the group of professionals I do.  To see them prepare to give your children a great educational experience is inspiring to me.  Whether your child or children are in-person under the hybrid model, online or both, I see the dedication from our staff to reach and teach your child in this very difficult time.

I hope you know that I (we) recognize the extreme challenge this school year is bringing to your home.  We want to continue to partner with you and help you support your child to the best of your ability.  It is a far from a perfect arraignment.  I know all of our staff understand this and are ready to help you in any way they can.

People talk about getting back to “normal.”  I am not sure what that looks like, but I fully believe it will be better than what we are going through now.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have.  I can guarantee you that we all share the same concerns, stresses and challenges collectively.  And, collectively, we will support one another on this journey.

Sincerely,

Jeff
